How long does each therapy session take?
All the sessions including the consultation takes about 60 minutes.
What is the frequency of sessions?
The frequency is one to two sessions per week according to the issue. For example, clients with depression may have to take two sessions a week initially for a couple of weeks and then progress to one session a week. Most of the clients require one session a week.
Is online therapy a good idea?
Yes, Online Therapy is good and equally beneficial for anxiety, stress, anger, and mild to moderate mood disorders. However, Online therapy typically isn’t recommended for individuals who are actively suicidal or those who are experiencing psychosis.
What can I expect from therapy?
