Couples Therapy

Service Description

Couple Counselling/Therapy Sessions will include therapy sessions with the therapist where the therapist will hear the both sides of the story and provide coaching and solutions. This includes setting couple weekly goals, understanding anger issues, helping couples become more aware of their tone and content while expressing. This also would include role plays to help you see the perspective of the other partner better.
